CANON MARKETING VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED INAUGURATES OFFICIAL IMAGING PRODUCTS SERVICE CENTER IN VIETNAM
HO CHI MINH CITY, September 16, 2024 – Canon Marketing Vietnam Company Limited (“CMV”) hereby officially announces the opening of Imaging Products Service Center in Vietnam:
As of January 1, 2025, CMV will officially be the sole authorized entity appointed by Canon Group to carry out the after-sales activities and services for Canon Imaging Equipment in Vietnam in lieu of Le Bao Minh Joint Stock Company. Address will be announced officially in December 2024.
The first Service Center established and operated directly by CMV in Vietnam will be located in Ho Chi Minh City and officially operational from January 1, 2025. With state-of-the-art facilities that adhere to Canon's global standards and a team of highly skilled and experienced technicians, we aim to bring our customers the best product experience as well as ensure the highest service. The warranty scope of our Service Center will cover Canon Imaging Products including cameras, lenses and Selphy photo printers.
Le Bao Minh Joint Stock Company will continue to be the authorized Distributor of Canon's office imaging solutions and home printing equipment in the Vietnam market, and will also be the entity that directly carries out after-sales services for these product lines in the Vietnam market.We are committed to consistently bringing the best values to all our business partners as well as our customers.
