1. Event Details
- Registration Period: November 8, 2024 - November 21, 2024

- 09:00: All teams gather at Anh Duc Digital - 34 Phan Chau Trinh, Da Nang (Opening and regulation briefing)
- 11:00: The competition officially begins

11:00: Submit entries (film and trailer)
11:30 - 14:30: Judges score the entries
15:00: Closing ceremony and awards at the 7th Floor, New Orient Hotel, 20 Dong Da, Da Nang
2. Eligible Participants
- Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and above with a passion for filmmaking.
- To ensure transparency, all members of Anh Duc Co., Ltd., Canon Marketing Vietnam, and Lexar Vietnam are not allowed to participate in the competition.
- Teams may consist of up to 6 people (excluding actors).
3. Registration Process
- Registration Time: From November 8, 2024, until 16:00 on November 21, 2024
- Registration details should be sent to: mkt@anhducdigital.vn
Submission should include:
- Team nameTeam slogan
- Names and portrait images of all 6 team members
- Team leader information (Name, phone number, email)A sample film/video your team has previously made
- Equipment information (if any): 2 bodies + 3 lenses
Note: Only Canon equipment may be used.
The organizing committee encourages teams to use available equipment for familiarity. In case teams do not have their own equipment, it will be provided. After registration, the committee will select the top 10 teams based on submitted works to officially participate in the competition.
The team list will be announced on November 22, 2024, on the Canon Marketing Vietnam & Anh Duc Digital Facebook page.
Note: To ensure teams are committed to participating fully, the committee will collect a guarantee fee of 5,000,000 VND from each team, which will be refunded after the competition ends.
4. Contest Schedule
09:00 on November 27:
- Teams arrive at Anh Duc Digital – 34 Phan Chau Trinh, Da Nang.
- Verification of information, announcement of competition rules.
- Draw themes and receive USB (equipment) from the committee.
11:00 on November 27: After receiving the theme, teams begin moving and creating their product within the 48-hour timeframe. One member from each team must update the committee with behind-the-scenes images as required.
11:00 on November 29: After 48 hours, teams submit their entries using the USB provided by the committee (including the film and trailer).
The submission deadline is 11:00 AM at the 2nd floor, Anh Duc Digital – 34 Phan Chau Trinh, Da Nang.
Note: Each minute late results in a 1-point deduction.
11:30 - 14:30 on November 29: The judges will score the works.
12:00 on November 29: Voting begins for the most popular film trailer. (The committee will post the trailer and inform teams to call for votes on the Anh Duc Digital Facebook page.)
15:00 on November 29: Closing gala and award ceremony at the New Orient Hotel, 20 Dong Da, Da Nang.
5. Film Submission Guidelines
Duration: 4-7 minutesTheme will be drawn on the opening day (November 27)
Only Canon equipment may be used, and footage must be shot during the competition period (Using external sources will disqualify the submission).
Requirements:
Sound: Creative or with copyright documentation if using other sounds.
Footage must comply with the committee’s regulations, avoiding images of brands other than Canon.
Products must be submitted via the USB provided by the committee.Note:
Must not violate Vietnamese law. No more than 5 actors may be used (not including extras). The committee retains full rights to use footage and products for archival and promotional purposes.
6. Prize Structure
The total prize value is up to 85,550,000 VND:
- First Prize: Canon EOS R10 (RF-S18-45mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM) (worth 28,330,000 VND)
- Runner-up: Canon EOS R50 (RF-S18-45mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM) (worth 20,690,000 VND)
- Merit: Canon PowerShot V10 (worth 13,310,000 VND)
- Three Special Prizes: Lexar hard drive + Lexar memory card valued at 6,740,000 VND for: Best Director Award; Best Editing Award; Favorite Trailer Award
Special: A lucky draw prize at the Gala night for team members including:
- High-end Canon backpack worth 1,290,000 VND
- ANDBON AD-30C dehumidifier worth 1,710,000 VND
