HO CHI MINH CITY, December 06, 2024 _ Canon Marketing Vietnam Company Limited (“CMV”) is pleased to announce an important decision regarding Canon Imaging Products Service Center in Vietnam.After careful consideration and prioritizing the best interests of our Customers at this time, CMV has decided to postpone the opening of the independent Canon Imaging Products Service Center as initially planned. Instead, Canon will continue to work closely with Le Bao Minh Joint Stock Company (“LBM”) to provide warranty and after-sales services for Canon Imaging Products in the Vietnamese market.
Canon assures that with the combination of Canon and LBM’s professional teams, along with the modern facilities that meet international standards, we will continue to deliver exceptional service experiences to our Customers.
At the same time, CMV is also pleased to inform our Customers that we will soon organize and develop Product Experience Spaces, where Customers can explore the latest products from the Canon brand and enjoy extra benifits from our team of experts.
