Mac OS X v10.5 Compatibility and Precaution
Scanning from Canon-made utilities cannot be performed in Mac OS X v10.5
In Mac OS X v10.5 environment, scanning from the main unit's operation panel or scanning from MP Navigator / MP Navigator EX may not be performed.
<How to solve the problem>
- MP Navigator:
The countermeasured version will be provided from the end of Nov.
Until the problem is rectified, launch the scanner driver from the TWAIN application such as ImageCapture / ArcSoft PhotoStudio to perform scanning.
